SZ Wholesale is a wholesaler and sells only to licensed tobacco retailers. Prior to your first order, we must have a copy of your State Tobacco License and/or Sales Tax License. Certificates, permits, and licenses vary from state to state, therefore we suggest you call us to verify the type of document(s) required by your state. Customers residing in DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, and IN are taxed. All other customers are responsible for all local/state OTP taxes.
Returned checks/money orders will result in a $50 fee per item. All past due invoices will incur a 1.5% finance charge per month.
SZ Wholesale is not liable for any typographical errors, price discrepancies, or incomplete product listings. We reserve the right to correct the aforementioned issues and adjust prices at any time without prior notification as well as to cancel or refuse any orders based on incorrect pricing, availability, or misinformation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All shipments FOB Bensalem, PA. Free shipping applies only within the contiguous United States. This amount is calculated before taxes and fees. Some products are exempt from free shipping.
By arranging for transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, Purchaser. By utilizing this service from Seller, Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser must be a licensed tobacco retailer. The Purchaser represents that he/she is of lawful age and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the goods, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. We reserve the right to limit quantities and orders subject to our final confirmation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Report any shortages/damages within 24 hours of receipt.
