We hope you enjoy shopping at Cigar Marketplace. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders submitted after 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday will next business day.

• Orders are shipped separately by each vendor.
• Shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
• Certain items, such as oversized merchandise, may require additional shipping charges.
• Any such charges will be noted during the checkout process prior to submitting your order.
• CMP, in accordance with some state’s tax laws, may be required to report all sales transaction detail to that state.
• CMP, in accordance with some state’s tax laws, may be required to collect (that state’s excise tax) and remit to that state.
• State tax laws require a tobacco retailer’s license and sales and use a license for each shipping address.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Before sending any order back, the return case must be submitted and concluded with the vendor.
